Wildflower Apiary Code of Conduct

We want everyone to feel welcome, safe, and comfortable at Wildflower Apiary events. This means we need to set some expectations we have for everyone at our events. We expect you to be respectful, but what does that mean? We want you to think and act positively towards yourself and others and show others and the environment that you care.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. This includes but is not limited to the behaviors listed below. If you are made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable during any of our events, and especially if you witness any of the following behavior, please inform the event Host and it will be addressed directly.

  • Stalking
  • Intimidation or threats
  • Physical assault
  • Offensive/lewd behavior
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
  • Property destruction
  • Verbal harassment/negative jokes and/or comments
  • Defamation
  • Promotion or participation in any illegal activity

In Relation, but not limited to the following:

  • Race
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Gender
  • Gender identity
  • Gender presentation
  • Sexual orientation
  • Age
  • Body size
  • Disability
  • Religion
  • Political Affiliation
  • Citizenship
  • Pregnancy
  • Costumed attire
  • Game system
  • Game character

You can talk to the Event Host(s) or one of our Safety & Support Leads at any time during an event. They are happy to help immediately, so that everyone can enjoy as much of the rest of the event as possible.
